Build With Us
Campaign
Help us build communities and homes that cultivate holistic flourishing

Spiritual Formation
We gather people form Newhallville and around New Haven to experience the love of Jesus, reflect his love in New Haven, and seek justice in our city through regular prayer and worship events and the launch of the Jubilee Fellowship - a cohort-based program that fosters courage, animates imagination, and builds community around the theme of Jubilee in New Haven.
Community Building

Housing Justice
Through the Jubilee Community Land Trust, our vision is to have long-terms residents who own their homes, and maintain and repair their homes to build equity and invest in our community. Over the next 2 years we plan to launch the Jubilee Community Land Trust (CLT), complete the renovations of 49 Sheffield Avenue, our anchor property for the CLT, and add 10 additional units to the land trust.

We gather and equip Christians to actively pursue the city's well-being, replacing isolation with meaningful relationships and enabling us to truly love our neighbors as Christ commanded. We hope to launch a network of place-based missional communities in New Haven as well as create spaces for artists, scholars, and others to deploy their gifts toward justice and flourishing in New Haven. We will continue to host block parties and neighborhood gatherings and equip other neighborhoods in our city to do the same.
Jubilee New Haven is in a pivotal moment...
We are in an exciting time: we are building new community rhythms, and we are building homes where people can thrive. We are launching the Jubilee Summer Fellowship to create a gather and equip Christians to seek jubilee in New Haven. We have purchased a multi-family home that we are renovating as the anchor project for the Jubilee Community Land Trust. We are cultivating community and connections so that our community can be a true home and not simply a place to live. This campaign will both allow us to expand our staff capacity, grow our programming, and complete capital projects. We invite you to build with us.
You can financially partner with us in one of three ways:

In the Old Testament, God provided a way for people to meet the basic needs of those on the margins. On top of regular gifts to the house of God, people were to leave the edges of the field for those in need. In a sense, giving monthly is a way to leave the edges of the field. We invite you to join us in this way.

We are praying for and seeking 10 people who can partner with us at $25 per month, 10 people who can partner with us at $50 per month, 10 people who can partner with us at $100 per month, and 5 people who can partner with us at $250 per month. Would you be one of those monthly partners?

We are embarking on this capital campaign to raise funds to expand our capacity, develop a sustainable organization that can create spaces for spiritual formation across churches, build community, and pursue housing justice in New Haven.

Our goal is to raise a total of $500,000 in one-time gifts over the next 12 months. Whether it's $10 or $10,000, every donation makes a difference! Would you be one of these new partners?

One of the biggest financial obstacles for transformative housing work is financing. In New York, a group of churches led an initiative to construct over 2,000 homes, called the Nehemiah Homes, to sell affordably to local residents. We are inviting supporters to partner with us in this way: to provide low-interest loans that catalyze community development. Powered by partners at LENDonate, you can provide a low-interest loan to support our capital projects. Once they are complete, you will receive the funds back, or you can choose to revolve them into our next project.
