The Jubilee Community Land Trust aims to make homeownership affordable to local households that are currently cost burdened enabling a family of 2 to pay less than 30% of their income toward housing expenses.
We are currently accepting applications for the Jubilee Community Land Trust units available at 49 Sheffield Avenue
